Damaged & Lost Shipments
Upon the arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damage to us by email within seven days of receipt of your order.
Please include photos in your email that show the discrepancy or damage.
We must report all damage immediately to the carrier for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise in as delivered condition.
Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7 to 10 business days to process.
Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent.
We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, or if it is lost. However, we will make every effort to correct the situation.
If your shipment is showing delivered, but you have not received it, we need to initiate a tracer with the carrier.
Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete.
Although we are unable to expedite the sending of replacements, please be assured that we will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters promptly.
We also make every effort to ensure that we are shipping to the correct address; however, every so often USPS will simply ship it back to us with "address not found".
When we receive an undelivered package, we will contact you via phone & email.
If we are unable to contact you AND have not heard from you in 30 days, we will donate the item.
