Order Modification / Cancellation Policy

Custom made products are different then off the shelf items. Each product is made for you right here in the USA after you place your order .

So for us to get the order to you as quickly as possible , we start working on it as soon as you place the order.

Not only do we use various technologies to manufacture our products, our manufacturing is done all across the USA (see how we make your products).

Depending on the technology, the time of day the order is placed, and the specific item ordered, we may be able to cancel/change your order.

However, if your order is already in production (i.e. we have started making it for you), then we will be unable to modify it .

In circumstances where your order can be intercepted prior to shipment, your order may be subject to a 25% mid-process cancellation fee. Otherwise if your order has shipped, you must receive and return the order in accordance with our return policy

How do I know if my order can still be modified?

The quickest way to see if you can still make a change is on your order status page!

If the button is orange, then you can , if the button is grayed out, then it is too late !
