YouCustomizeIt may use session or persistent cookies. Session cookies are only stored on your computer or mobile device during your use of the Website and are automatically deleted when you close your web browser. Persistent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device that remain on your computer or mobile device even after you close your web browser. Persistent cookies can be read by the Website that created the cookie when you revisit it again. YouCustomizeIt may use persistent cookies when it utilizes Google Analytics or other analytics providers, which is intended to track the origin and behavior of traffic to the Website.

YouCustomizeIt engages in cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising by using Tracking Technologies that allow third-party advertising partners to collect information about your activity on the Website and across other websites and online services over time. 4. Marketing Communications

As stated above, YouCustomizeIt's lawful ground for sending you marketing communications is either your consent or its legitimate business interests, such as to grow its business. YouCustomizeIt may send you marketing communications if you have asked for information concerning its services or if you have agreed to, and have not opted out from, receiving marketing communications. You may ask YouCustomizeIt to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out link in any marketing message sent to you. You do not need to pay a fee to access your PII or to exercise your rights. However, YouCustomizeIt may charge a reasonable fee if your request is unreasonable or excessive.

To confirm your request, YouCustomizeIt may need to request specific information from you as a security measure to ensure that PII is not disclosed to an unauthorized third party. YouCustomizeIt will attempt to respond to all legitimate requests within thirty days.

YouCustomizeIt does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, YouCustomizeIt's use of Tracking Technologies that allow third-party advertising partners to collect personal information may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA. YouCustomizeIt does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares the personal information of consumers under the age of sixteen (16). YouCustomizeIt retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through any of the methods below, or by visiting our dedicated Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for the complete procedure, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal support and authorized-agent instructions.
