YouCustomizeIt collects data about you through cookies, pixels, tags, and other tracking technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies"). This helps YouCustomizeIt understand how you use the Website, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, deliver targeted advertisements, and improve the Website in response to your needs. YouCustomizeIt uses the following Tracking Technologies on the Website:

1. Google Analytics 4, for website analytics and user behavior tracking;
2. Google Conversion Tracking and Google AdWords Conversion, for measuring the effectiveness of Google advertising campaigns;
3. Facebook Pixel, Facebook Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Domain Insights, for measuring the effectiveness of Facebook and Meta advertising campaigns and delivering targeted advertisements;
4. Bing Universal Event Tracking, for measuring the effectiveness of Microsoft Bing advertising campaigns;
5. Attentive, for SMS marketing, personalization, and subscriber engagement analytics.
6. AWIN (operated by Awin AG), for affiliate marketing tracking and conversion attribution.

These Tracking Technologies may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, and interactions with advertisements. Some of these Tracking Technologies enable third-party advertising partners to collect your personal information directly from your browser or device for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws.

YouCustomizeIt may use session or persistent cookies. Session cookies are only stored on your computer or mobile device during your use of the Website and are automatically deleted when you close your web browser. Persistent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device that remain on your computer or mobile device even after you close your web browser. Persistent cookies can be read by the Website that created the cookie when you revisit it again. YouCustomizeIt may use persistent cookies when it utilizes Google Analytics or other analytics providers, which is intended to track the origin and behavior of traffic to the Website.

YouCustomizeIt may also receive data from third parties, including analytics providers and third- party advertising networks such as those owned by Google (including Google Ads and Google Analytics), Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft (including Bing Ads), Attentive, and AWIN (Awin AG). 3. Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising and Targeted Advertising

YouCustomizeIt engages in cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising by using Tracking Technologies that allow third-party advertising partners to collect information about your activity on the Website and across other websites and online services over time. The following Tracking Technologies deployed on the Website are used for these purposes: Facebook Pixel and Facebook Conversion Tracking (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) collect data about your interactions with the Website and share it with Meta for targeted advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network; Google Analytics 4, Google Conversion Tracking, and Google AdWords Conversion (operated by Google LLC) collect data about your interactions with the Website and share it with Google for targeted advertising across the Google Display Network, YouTube, and other Google services; Bing Universal Event Tracking (operated by Microsoft Corporation) collects data about your interactions with the Website and shares it with Microsoft for targeted advertising on Bing and the Microsoft Advertising network; and Attentive (operated by Attentive Mobile, Inc.) collects data about your interactions with the Website for SMS marketing personalization and subscriber engagement; and AWIN (operated by Awin AG) collects data about your interactions with the Website, including purchase and conversion data, and shares it with Awin for affiliate marketing tracking and conversion attribution.

Under applicable state privacy laws, the collection and sharing of personal information through these Tracking Technologies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or "targeted advertising." 4. Marketing Communications

As stated above, YouCustomizeIt's lawful ground for sending you marketing communications is either your consent or its legitimate business interests, such as to grow its business. YouCustomizeIt may send you marketing communications if you have asked for information concerning its services or if you have agreed to, and have not opted out from, receiving marketing communications. You may ask YouCustomizeIt to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out link in any marketing message sent to you. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, your opt-out does not extend to PII collected based on other legal grounds.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

YouCustomizeIt has put into place data security measures to protect your PII. YouCustomizeIt allows access to your PII only by employees and service providers who have a need to know or access your PII on YouCustomizeIt's instructions. YouCustomizeIt will notify you and any regulatory body of any breach of your PII or YouCustomizeIt's security measures if it is legally required to do so.

YouCustomizeIt retains personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Privacy Notice, or as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. The retention period may vary depending on the context of the processing and YouCustomizeIt's legal obligations. When personal information is no longer needed, YouCustomizeIt will securely delete or de-identify such information in accordance with applicable law. For Tracking Technology data collected by third-party advertising partners, retention periods are governed by those third parties' respective privacy notices.

8. Right of Access

You do not need to pay a fee to access your PII or to exercise your rights. However, YouCustomizeIt may charge a reasonable fee if your request is unreasonable or excessive.

To confirm your request, YouCustomizeIt may need to request specific information from you as a security measure to ensure that PII is not disclosed to an unauthorized third party. YouCustomizeIt will attempt to respond to all legitimate requests within thirty days.

9. Third-Party Links

Categories of Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, and Shared. In the preceding twelve (12) months, YouCustomizeIt has collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number, IP address); commercial information (e.g., products purchased, purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, interactions with the Website, and advertising data collected through Tracking Technologies); geolocation data (e.g., approximate location derived from IP address); and inferences drawn from the above categories to create a profile reflecting your preferences and characteristics. YouCustomizeIt discloses identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity information to service providers for order fulfillment, analytics, and marketing purposes. YouCustomizeIt shares identifiers and internet activity information with advertising partners (including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Attentive, and AWIN (Awin AG)) for targeted advertising purposes, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA.

YouCustomizeIt does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, YouCustomizeIt's use of Tracking Technologies that allow third-party advertising partners to collect personal information may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA. YouCustomizeIt does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares the personal information of consumers under the age of sixteen (16). YouCustomizeIt retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through any of the methods below, or by visiting our dedicated Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for the complete procedure, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal support and authorized-agent instructions.

Upon receiving and verifying your opt-out request, YouCustomizeIt will cease selling or sharing your personal information, including by disabling the applicable Tracking Technologies for your browser or device.
