They turned out so cute

This is perfect - well done, the quality I expected, good price and speedy delivery! It's super cute.

The customization software was a bit difficult for me to figure out even though I use graphic design software for my work as well. I hesitate to say make it simpler because the more you take away from it, the more you take away from the customers ability to make the product exactly like they want it. I do not recall if there was a place to get a hold of someone to chat with while working with the software but I'm a bit stubborn and probably wouldn't have used it anyways lol. If there is not, I would say add it if that is possible. If there is, I would say it perfect like it is because they can seek the help they need if they so desire. I loved that I could modify so much of the design. That was what attracted me to the sight and got me hooked once I saw the product selection you had. The work, when I opened the package and saw the results, were amazing as well. Like I said in the product reviews, Great Work and I will more than likely be back at a later time for more stuff. Thanks to all that had a part in making these products so wonderful. Merry Christmas and I Happt Year year to your whole organization.

Site was very easy to place order

I couldn't figure out how to add my own design, b ut a customer service rep. walked me through the entire process. I received my flag within few days, and it's way better than I ever expected. The quality is fabulous too.

As promised and great service

I paid extra for shipping and it didnt come until a week later. Was supposed to get a refund but looks like that will never happen.

Everything was great. The coasters were perfect. Would not recommend the plastic cup. It looked like an art project from a DIY kit for a kid. In fact I can unscrew the bottom and change out the poorly done paper insert myself.

I am very happy with entire experience of designing my own pouches, so thank you. The only thing was that the text size was too small to read on one pouch which I didn't realize until I got it. So next time I know to make the text a larger size. On the design page it looked legible to me. If you were willing to let me redo and fix that for half the price that would be awesome.

The custom design program was easy to use. As with many online purchases, I was worried that I wouldn't be pleased when it arrived and have to come up with a last minute gift. However, the custom flag came out perfectly. I am so excited to give this "grandparents" gift. I love that I can reuse this image on future purchases. Great price, great product, shipped quickly. Can't say enough.

Great customer service and fast delivery

I had fun choosing a design. It was a little tricky at first changing the top and bottom images and middle line color, but after a few minutes I got the hang of it.

The garden flag and matching pillow look great. Shipped quickly, too.

I has so much fun designing my own wrapping paper an it was very easy once I figured out how to use the tools. I will absolutely be ordering again!

I could not figure out how to order a product without the personalization so I called customer service and they were very helpful and walked me through the process on my computer. I was able to get the exact product I wanted and I love it!

I called in the order. The lady to whom I spoke was very courteous and helpful. The products I ordered are exactly as pictured. I am very pleased with these unique and creative products.

I'm not particularly computer savvy, but I did manage to complete all items required to make a successful cutting board, oven mitts, hand towels. It was relatively simple.

THRILLED BEYOND BELIEF. The product was even better than expected. When I hit a snag with my design, Ogie McDonald was fantastic in coming up with a design for me and helping me until I was totally satisfied.

Nice cup

I had originally placed an order on Nov. 7th for my design on some oven mitts for an annual family cookie baking event. The next morning I received a call from Ogie at You Customize It, calling the let me know that the recipe in my design probably wouldn't be legible on the oven mitts, and she suggested that I try to darken the print in the recipe. She also suggested a pot holder rather than the mitts because the shape might work better for my design. She sent me a link to my design so I could modify it, and told me to get back to her when I finished editing. I worked on the design over the weekend, and then I found the glass plates and decided to do those instead. I contacted Ogie on Monday (11/11) and asked her to cancel my oven mitt order and told her I'd like to order the plates instead. I received the plates only 4 days later. There was a problem with the way some of the plates turned out, so I contacted Ogie, and she had the plates reprinted for me. I already received the new plates today, and they turned out absolutely beautiful! Thanks to Ogie and her excellent customer service, I ended up with a much nicer gift for my family cookie bakers, and I received them in plenty of time, even with a complete change in my order and a replacement order. I will definitely shop You Customize It again! Thank you SO MUCH Ogie, I love my plates!

Easily a 5 star experience except that the printing on the item was smeared somewhere in the process. However when I called to discuss the issue with the customer service rep, it was quickly taken care of and she even suggested a welcome change to the printing. Customer service was excellent and the corkscrew arrived today and is an perfect gift and priced just right. Thank you for standing by your product and hiring such efficient employees!
