Reviews for Mouse Pad with Wrist Support

My sweet husband got me this mousepad as a gift for me to take to work since I was wanting a mousepad for my desk. He picked a recently family picture and added sweet text. The quality is the base seems really sturdy and nice. The issue lies within the actual personalized part of the mousepad. It doesn't fully fill the base, which leads to crumbs and little pieces of dust/whatever filling those spaces. One side all the way to the middle is flush with the black base, but the other side has a huge gap where you can even see the glue that was placed there, and that is where stuff gathers. It doesn't look good and shows poor quality. It should fill the entire base. Because of this, I wouldn't order from this company again.

I placed an order with the wrong image and I got an email within 30 min asking for the correct image. They fixed it within 20 min and shipped it out to me!

The photo quality is beautiful and the product looks great. However the hard plastic bottom was warped when it arrived so the mouspad does not lay flat on a table surface and the grips do not make contact so it slides around. Damaged in transit? Going to talk with customer care. Wish it was a floppy, soft/sticky-backed mousepad.

i love this mousepad. i get to look at my grandkids at work all day and it makes me smile !
