Dogs Playing Poker refers collectively to an 1894 painting, a series of sixteen oil paintings, and a 1910 painting by Cassius Marcellus Coolidge. Brown & Bigelow commissioned the 16 painting series in 1903 to advertise cigars. All eighteen paintings in the series feature personified dogs, but the eleven in which dogs are seated around a card table have become well known in the United States as examples of Kitsch art in home decoration. Each of our flat glass ornaments come with a gold string to hang on your Christmas tree with style! We offer two different shapes - flat, round ball or a hexagon. Both glass ornaments have a frosted coating on one side where we print your design while the other side is a clear gloss to give your personalized ornament a sheen finish. Our flat round glass ornament is approximately 3.5" x 3.5" while the flat hexagon ornaments are approximately 3.5" x 3".
