This spiral notebook includes 75 sheets of thick, ruled paper. The front and back of this custom notebook is made of a robust, laminate, plastic covering. We print your personalization on these two panels, underneath a glossy finish, which emphasizes the colors of your design. The two panels and the sheets of paper are held together by a sturdy, black coil. The paper within your bound notebook is perforated for easy, clean tearing.

This spiral journal is available in two sizes. The first size is more suitable for a tote or purse and measures at 7" x 5". The second option is a bit larger, at 10" x 7", and is a better fit for a briefcase or backpack.
