These personalized Birthday iron-ons were a hit at the party! We needed a total of nine and I previously ordered 7. When I sent an email to update my order and add 2 more, I received a call first thing next morning from your team to help me. We received all 9 the day we were leaving for Washington for the party! THANK YOU for a beautiful product, and great service!

Everything about ordering custom wrapping paper was super easy! The design I had originally chosen was better suited laid out a different way, so before they customized anything, they emailed me with the new layout, asking me to confirm before they started anything on it. Within an hour, they emailed me back saying thank you and that they would get working on it right away. Very fast shipping as well! I ordered on Nov. 8, it arrived at my address on Nov. 15th. Considering they had to custom print it, that's a GREAT turnaround time!

I would have liked to have been able to have multiple color options for the lettering. By that I mean I would have liked to have had the 82nd in Red and the Airborne in Blue. Additionally I would have liked to have both the circle and the lettering larger.

Before placing my first order with your company, I had to call your customer service 2 times with questions about my design before placing my order. I spoke to the same young lady both times. I have never wrote a review before I have received an order, but this is an exception. Her customer service skills are absolutely top rate. She was soo pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about design options. These days it is rare to have an initial interaction with a customer service representative of her caliber. Her pleasant disposition can set an example for others. I didnt get her name, but please tell her thank you for making my first time shopping experience a positive, delightful one! I look forward to being a repeat customer!

I am the happiest customer you could possibly have. I am not very computer savvy, and after trying to communicate with Perry on the website ,I decided to draw up a sketch and send it to him via mail. Wow and Kudos to Perry, he Nailed my drawing to a T. IT is to be a stocking stuffer for my wife, Not life shattering , But I know she will love it, It came today in the mail and I could not be more pleased with the results . I loved the child's unicorn trash can. I wish I had more choices than two colors. I chose the white, so it match her room. For my 3 yr. Old granddaughter for her birthday.

The carry-on case is just what I ordered and the inside is better than I expected. I ordered it for a Christmas present for my Great Niece, I know she will just love it. Tracie was so helpful in helping me with the design. I plan on ordering another carry-on case for myself after the first of the year. The customer service is excellent!!!

It was the only suitcase found anywhere with a Lego print. Our grandson will love it. He's 5 so it will be appropriate for him for years to come. I also liked that it was made in the US. I think you should find a way to advertise your products.

good size for what I need. It's a sticker or Van Gogh painting put on the plastic waste paper basket but looks good from afar.

am still fuming at that false representation of the price of the place mats.....it reads $20.95 for set of 4.....so I ordered 2 sets, total of 8 placemats. What I got was 2 placemats at $20.95 EACH!!!!! they are lovely and I needed them immediately for a gift or they would have gone back! they certainly aren't worth $20/95 each!!! I have been purchasing placemats for many years and have some outstanding ones that never cost more than $10 each. You need to do some serious repair to your web site, so no-one else gets suckered in. Shame on you.

I ordered custom wrapping paper. I am absolutely satisfied with how it turned out. It came in a timely manner and was nicely packaged in a box so it was not damaged in shipping. I will order from this company again.

We found a great option for wallets and keychains here. We designed out items in a matter of minutes. Easy to navigate and many options to choose from. I do shop online regularly and was very pleased with the prices and the quick delivery.

I highly recommend anybody looking for patches to use this company I have a charity run coming up next year and going to be doing more business with these people very easy to deal with

You sir are a genius to come up with this Idea. I,we,She,they love these plates. They are soo stunning. we put them on our 4 wheelers and the eyes popped and the heads turned "WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE" with a Happy smile I said on line at You Customize It. They were sent to me in about a week or so, they do all kinds of stuff CUSTOM for you. We LOVE ours,they match our machines and were easy to put on. Zip ties or double sided stickey tape both work fine no drilling needed. I find myself looking at them and smiling no one has them that Iv'e run into so far but it won't be long after seeing ours. Thanks guys keep up the quility work.

We had a large order on a short turn time and the customer service representatives and staff did everything they could to get us what we needed for our special event! We received the product early (in less than a week) and the quality was excellent! In today's world it seems more an more the answer we often hear is how something can't be done...it was so refreshing to work with a company with a can do attitude. Love the stemware. It's heavy duty and looks great in our park model at our lake house. Have had several comments - all positive. First time using the site and product turned out just as I had imagined it to look... hoping it will wash well too. :-) Started with a tye-dyed Keep Austin Weird Shirt and custom made the transfer for the back. Didn't see a blank template to use so I started with the Photo Birthday Graphic, but then really modified it from the original. Easy to do. Looking forward to seeing the reactions I get when people realize why I'm wearing an "Austin" shirt when I have no ties to the city. :-)

Worst customer service. My design was not printable so they sent me a link to change it. Which I did within a couple hours of receiving the email. It took 6 days for them to respond to me, which they stated they were cancelling my order because I didn't respond, when, in fact, I had. They then stated that I should have emailed them that I edited the design. Wait! What? I did what was asked of me. Any internal communication is not my problem. I gave them another chance to make what I needed, now passed the time it should have shipped to get to where it was needed on time. Nope!! They now can't guarantee to make it by the date I need it. I'm now without my design for a very special occasion. I'm way beyond pissed off right now.

I love my new trashcan. I am redecorating my guest room in ladybugs. When deciding on which design I wanted, I did several different designs and when I placed the order, I checked the wrong design. I called and the representative was able to change to the design I wanted. She was very courteous and quick to get my order correct. I will be checking back in the future when I need more items.

I was looking for a light mug for my 92 years old Aunt. It had to be light, durable, dishwasher/microwave safe, BPA free, that made in the USA! It was easy to find it on your website. To design the mug was easy and fun. I am very happy with this product. Later, I ordered several more. My Aunt is smiling every time she drinks from it.

It is like "WOW" on the medium suitcase that I ordered with the flip-flop design. It was more than what I expected and it was my wife's anniversary gift and she just loves it. The quality of the suitcase is so much better than buying at a local store. Also shipping of the suitcase was delivered sooner than expected. Overall for those people that is looking for something special with your own design that is different than any other brand I do recommend shopping with You Customize It. Product selection was very easy to find. The design tool worked well...many selections to choose from so it took a while to decide which design I wanted to use. I was able to decide on the perfect bar mat with so many selections.

This site is easy to use. I did have a few questions since we were designing decals from original art. Ogie and the others were informative, helpfull, patient and very welcoming. The product came out beautiful and we will definitley be using their services again. Thanks so much

Amazing curtians this site allowed me to design for me and my sons room. One panel is my old school and graduation yr and the other panel is his school and the yr he will graduate. Be nice if they were blackout curtian cuz alot of sun does come through them. Other than that they nailed it and look AWESOME! Good Job guys!

The hardest part of buying this was the design process, only because there were so many options, I couldn't make up my mind! Tons and tons of styles and colors and patterns! Delivery was quick, and the application process was so simple!

This experience was fantastic. They worked with me to customize my design. Then then created a 'test run' of the design so I could review and approve. They send the samples very quickly and then created and sent the full order immediately after I approved. I would use them again for custom designs everytime!

The font I originally chose for all my products looked good to me. But I received a really nice note from your designers saying that it would not look good. The designer sent me another layout with a different font. I was so grateful that they noticed the issue and took the time to contact me. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely work with your designers again.
