my company ordered 50 of these for a promotion. we received the best care and Ogie McDonald was a wonderful contact with this company. She was very kind and responsive. I had to cancel an order from another company (before I found this one) because I couldn't get any info. U Customize it lead times were very reasonable and they worked with us on shipments to find the best way for us. Thank you so much!

The pie plate was a great retirement gift for our Food Service Director. The engraving was perfect and I received this is only 3 days!

I am so excited to receive my customized front license plate and 'matching' frame. From the time I began the process, I had a question. I immediately received a follow up email and then we talked on the phone to be sure that I was getting what I wanted. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It has only been a week and my 'new' car now sports a new front tag. I used to have one but more recently, there was no place for a front tag and I threw mine away. It had been done locally and they are no longer in business so I had no idea where to start. I couldn't have been more fortunate to choose this wonderful company. If I ever need anything customized in the future, you know I won't have to search. I've got it saved and I know where to go. Thank you to all of you from my first contact to receiving it now. I can't speak highly enough about this company. Besides receiving a wonderful product, exactly as customized, at a reasonable price, and in a relatively short time period, I was particularly impressed with the AMOUNT of customizing I could do. I expected to be able to put maybe a couple of text boxes and choose between a few different background colors, but it honestly felt like the options were endless. It was very user friendly, I liked that they provided an initial layout as a suggestion, but you essentially could add or delete whatever you wanted, from text boxes, images, etc. Then the number of options for things like fonts and images was incredible, particularly the background prints. You could scan through them all, or just search a keyword. I ordered two binders that I customized as a gift and they were VERY well received. Will definitely revisit this website for future customization.

Love the bamboo trivet with personalized tile insert. Originally ordered the insert. After several back and forth emails between myself & Tracie Ward, I was able to add the bamboo trivet to my order. Tracie went above and beyond in customer service. Have never experienced such amazing customer service; & Tracie was outstanding!!! When dealing with other companies, you get a different person each time you communicate with them via email, etc; sometimes having to explain everything from the beginning. To get emails from the same person while figuring out my order was surprising to say the least. Bravo to your company, & triple bravo's to Tracie!!! I am totally satisfied with my order, as was my son-in-law. This was my first order from your company, and it will definitely not be my last. Great company, great customer service, great product!! My feelings are mixed. The rug I ordered is absolutely beautiful. The colors to the original photo and vibrant. Beautiful. I ordered curtain with the same picture. Vibrant and beautiful. I took one star off because I also ordered a comforter and a matching tissue box cover with a different picture. The tissue box picture is vibrant. The comforter is awful. It's washed out. And it looks nothing like the original picture. I absolutely hate it. But I'm stuck with it because I used the wrong picture. Check the resolution because I guess they don't. I was so thrilled with the rug. That picture stretched to 8x10. I might order a rug as a comforter. It might fit the bet. 104" x 88 might be the standard size for king size but I'll bet most people have thicker mattresses and need bigger, oversized comforters. I'll keep looking until I find a company that does it.

We are so happy with the urn we ordered for our sweet Ladybug that passed away. We had a little issue after the order with an email, but the owner personally reached out to me and apologized and took care of the situation right away (seriously within an hour I had an email). This company cares about people that order from them and understand that our pets our part of our family. Now that I found this company, someday down the road, when we get another fur baby, I will definitely order from them again but this time happy things like leashes, blankets, etc.

Purchased hooded towels for nieces birthday. Super cute and very happy with design and quality. I needed one of the towels sooner than the expected delivery date and this comapny went above and beyond to make sure I had it in time. They provided excellent customer service from the time I placed my order until I received it. Unfortunately, this is not normal in our world today. Most companies don't care. I placed a personalized order on 13 July and received it 18 July. This was customized with a high school logo which I provided with the hope of possibly ordering in bulk to give to our classmates at an upcoming reunion. I ordered the car coasters and cannot be happier with the finished product. I was able to easily upload my design and adjust to the size that I thought would look best. It was fun, but also a bit terrifying as I wasn't sure what I was doing, but as I proceeded, it became very easy, and I held my breath as I hit the submit "order". I requested a bulk rate quote, and the response was immediate. I liked receiving an email hearing about how the company came to be. It personalized the company and was a nice touch doing business with people who are concerned about their customers and want to be sure the order is correct, and the customer is happy with their order and the experience. I ordered firefighter curtains and a firefighter rug for my grandson. His daddy was a firefighter and lost his battle to cancer a few weeks ago. Wyatt (age 7) wanted a room at grandma and pawpaws house decorated in a firefighter theme to honor his daddy. We first ordered a rug from Amazon and it was terrible! This rug is very high quality and so are the curtains. Wyatt is going to be thrilled when he sees them! I would highly recommend your company and have bookmarked the website for future orders.

I really want to thank YouCustomizeIt for the marvelous job you did on the college dorm room ensemble I purchased for my niece. I encounter a problem with the trash cans I ordered and forgot to select a decoration for the back side of the product. Your company was gracious to help me resolve the situation immediately after I contacted the representative to report the mishap! My niece is totally delighted with her dorm room decor. I only wish you also offered the fitted, flat, and pillowcase to coordinate with all the accessories! Her mom told me the photos do not give the product justice! The personalized measuring tape is awesome! I love all the design choices available. It changed a plain household tool into a great look and becomes fun to use.

I submitted an online order & quickly realized I had accidentally put an error in my billing & shipping address. I immediately corrected it and feared that the corrected order may get lost in a shuffle of orders. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a confirmation of my order in my email account without any delay. Then, just as quickly, I received the revised order confirmation with my corrected address. That was a relief and what awesome and quick customer service. I received my product in a very timely manner & the quality is perfect. Sometimes online companies can be sketchy and you never know, but this time, I was super happy with the service, email confirmations and the product. I highly recommend this company. I called to get help in designing a golf ball for each team member because they had won the League Conference for the First time in the High School History of Girl's Golf. The lady that answered my call, Her Name was Ogie if my memory is correct. She was so very helpful and did everything to make sure It would fit on the golf ball. When I told her I needed the product in 3-4 days, she consulted with other departments - designing and printing - and I received the finished 12 golf balls 3 days later. I was so thrilled with the finished golf balls. They were perfect and I was thrilled to present them to the Golf Team before school ended for the summer. Thanks to Ogie and her team. 5 stars or 5 A+'s.

I ordered a custom whiskey glass and was very pleased with the product. I was especially pleased with the customer service, however! I received a personal call as well as an email within 24 hours of placing my order - making a quality improvement suggestion. They recommended increasing the font size and spent time on the phone with me / re-sending images for me to examine and make decision. I don't think I've EVER had a company do that! Very impressive. I will definitely order from this company again.

I don't have a ton of exceptionally great experiences especially online ordering, but this was one. I was emailed and responded to promptly. They worked with me on what I wanted and even created a link for me to see the revised version and it looks AMAZING! Great work, and I even recommended them to a friend

I ordered a different background than the examples the seller had on ebay with all text to honor our nation's heroes. The quality of the fabric is good, the colors are vibrant, the text font, spacing and size are easy to read from the street and the price was very reasonable.
