I had a blast designing my very own iron own. I am testing one before making the official order in the coming weeks. I can only imagine it will be as beautiful than expected.

The only thing I would suggest is that you monitor emails - specifically "Help" section. I had a question and left a message a couple of times, but I never heard back from anyone. I believe it was over a weekend, so maybe that was the problem, but I would have thought the message would have been picked when people returned to work. Other than that minor problem, everything I have ordered I have been very pleased with and will continue to order from you. Thanks.

Several days ago I sent a message several times because I had a question, but i never heard back from anyone. Unfortunately, I had to start the process all over again, but ultimately I placed an order. I think having a message center is wonderful, but if there is no one attending it, that is a shame. Found the customizing experience easy to navigate.

I love that we have a huge number of options when we're creating a design. The design tool is pretty easy to use but I don't like not being able to choose the size of the font or its placement. I worry the size might be too small. I actually wanted to order 8 different bandanas but I wasn't sure they would look as I wanted so I had to order only 2.

Everything was great! From the purchase to the received quickly.

I ordered the luggage tags as a gift. You all did a fabulous job on the tags and the turn around time was great. She received them just in time to put on her luggage to go to Vegas. She loved them. Awesome job. Thanks so much!!

Love my monogrammed luggage tags! Your selection of designs was great and placing my order was a breeze! The only recommendation I would have is to keep the customers updated on their order, especially sending a confirmation email that the order was received. Thank you!

I was have problems with getting the measurement correct, so I called and spoke with Tracy and she was awesome, she walked me thru it, the customer service was greater.

The software for creating the design wasn't the most intuitive, but it did allow me to create an item I never could have found or made otherwise. It was super-exciting to receive an item custom-made for my home.

I wanted a tan steering wheel cover with airplanes and WHITE hair but that wasn't one of the choices. Other choices were fairly easy.

I love the travel mug that I ordered. I had a question about the picture I was uploading and got an immediate response and was able to personalize a picture that I wanted to be put on my travel mug. I thought it was super easy and user friendly to design my car coasters! I have looked everywhere for cute ones and didnt find any until here! I was so pleased with the outcome!

Everything was easy to find

Was looking for something customized dealing with firemen, for my grandson. Ordered the items and received within a week or so. Product is of great quality. Their customer service team had the contact me to make a correction on one of the items and I was very impressed because they technically didn't have to do that. When I selected the product and and reviewed the proof online I actually approved it but in their eyes it was not going to be a quality product that they were putting out so they contacted me with a suggested change. It's hard to find good customer service these days. I would recommend using this company and I will definitely use them again.

I LOVE all 3 things I ordered as a matching set (seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats) I was sooo excited for them to be delivered and I tracked my package every single day! Unfortunately, the DAY they all got delivered, I was in a car accident and I am waiting to put everything in until I get my car fixed so it doesnt get messed up at the shop. The print, style, monogram, everything is exactly what I hoped for!

I ordered an iron-on for a bandana i was making. They had a small problem in the beginning but i received an email and called them. They answered on the 1st ring. We fixed the issue and it was mailed out the next day. I will definitely be ordering more iron ons from them. Very pleased. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!!!

I could not be more pleases with the products I have bought from this company. I recently placed an order that needed to be discussed on the phone due to the amount of wording I had used. I was impressed with how hard the owner worked to accommodate my wishes. I actually ended up with the exact product I had originally wanted. If you have questions on your design simply just call and they will walk you through the steps and even send a link with a visual of the product before you place the order. I will certainly order from here again!

I ordered 2 bandanas, and printing was mixed up they had both dogs names on one bandanna, and both dogs names on the other bandanna, and the same print on each side of both bandannas. I emailed the problem, the person asked for pictures, and she immediately ordered the correct bandannas, and they were shipped very quickly. Im happy with the acknowledgement of the problem, and the quick correction.

My pillow arrived today and i am very happy with it. The plaid was even matched. My only complaint is that it has a white zipper and it shows on part of the seam but not all of it. Otherwise, the size was perfect, the fabric was lovely, and it arrived quickly. I would order again!

customer service was excellant. They reached out to me with an issue they were having with the picture I uploaded for personlization and once I uploaded a new one, they totally came through with a product I love. It was a surprise for my daughter and she loved her flag which represents her business logo. I will definitely order again in the future. :)

Everything that I just bought online is for my daughter. Love the design that your company have. I did everything Paris Theme. I know my daughter is going to love it. Can't wait to start doing my room.
