First off - I'd like to thank you for the wonderful phone support I rec'd on this rush order and the advice. Tracie Ward was wonderful - I wish all companies, that I deal with, had someone so knowledgeable and supportive to offer customer service.
The act of ironing on was very easy
My suggestion - there be grid lines or a "center markers" for both width and height - on the clear vinyl to help center the product on the item you are transferring it to. That was my biggest challenge. If you look at my design, you visually can't easily tell the center - (which is why I am giving you 4 stars)
I will definitely use your company again and recommend to other.

Easy to order and personalize, the blanket was very plush, and very nice quality and delivery was very fast! It was s baby shower gift and my daughter loved it!

I ordered this garden flag for my daughter in laws baby shower. She is having a girl and shower is penguin themed. I love love love the way the flag came out. colors are perfect.. design is exactly what i was looking for. The web site was very user friendly and it arrived on the date promised!!! I would recommend this company 100% and will order from here again... as well as recommend it to everyone at the baby shower in August!

Before getting my custom license plate, I contacted customer service and they were on it. They responded immediately. The same day they shipped my item. Looks just like I made it. Very satisfied.

It was easy and the price you see is what you get. Not false advertising like some sites. I just ordered so I have to wait to see the quality of the tag's. But the website is fantastic. Love it. It would be nice to have a choice of musical notes that separate from a group. Such as a single Treble Clef. Other than that everything was helpful.

I had a blast designing my very own iron own. I am testing one before making the official order in the coming weeks. I can only imagine it will be as beautiful than expected.

The only thing I would suggest is that you monitor emails - specifically "Help" section. I had a question and left a message a couple of times, but I never heard back from anyone. I believe it was over a weekend, so maybe that was the problem, but I would have thought the message would have been picked when people returned to work. Other than that minor problem, everything I have ordered I have been very pleased with and will continue to order from you. Thanks.

Several days ago I sent a message several times because I had a question, but i never heard back from anyone. Unfortunately, I had to start the process all over again, but ultimately I placed an order. I think having a message center is wonderful, but if there is no one attending it, that is a shame. Found the customizing experience easy to navigate.

I love that we have a huge number of options when we're creating a design. The design tool is pretty easy to use but I don't like not being able to choose the size of the font or its placement. I worry the size might be too small. I actually wanted to order 8 different bandanas but I wasn't sure they would look as I wanted so I had to order only 2.

Everything was great! From the purchase to the received quickly.

Love my monogrammed luggage tags! Your selection of designs was great and placing my order was a breeze! The only recommendation I would have is to keep the customers updated on their order, especially sending a confirmation email that the order was received. Thank you!

I was have problems with getting the measurement correct, so I called and spoke with Tracy and she was awesome, she walked me thru it, the customer service was greater.

The software for creating the design wasn't the most intuitive, but it did allow me to create an item I never could have found or made otherwise. It was super-exciting to receive an item custom-made for my home.
