Great experience dealing with this company. The design studio is amazing. Very flexible & intuitive with so many customization options. They produced my products and shipped them very quickly. Omg...first let me just say I ordered this on a Monday it arrived Friday! Like totally unbelievably fast. You would have thought I used "Prime" it came so fast. Second and most important. I am in shock at how good this is. I was literally in tears when I pulled it out the box. The picture and placement is perfect. But the quality of the carryon is top tier! Honestly I don't know what I was expecting...But it wasn't this good in my mind. I would definitely order again and a million times recommend! Thank you!

I am so grateful to the You Customize It employee who caught a problem with one of the three different ornaments I ordered and corrected it before sending the product to print. I had cropped off part of a photo, and the tech sent me a kind email showing the correction and asking for my approval. I've never received that level of customer service from another bigger (orange and starts with "shut") photo printer before! Thank you! I highly recommend You Customize it.

I think it's a little more expensive than I would like, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with Customize It. I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I'm making an exception here. I've never experienced such good customer service as I have with Ogie McDonald at YouCustomizeIt. I placed an order and the next day I received an email from Ogie telling me the order would not be shipped for 2 - 3 days as the item to be engraved was in transit. I had assumed that because it was custom engraved that it would have been a few weeks before it was made, never expected it a day or two after I ordered it. And I certainly didn't expect an email updating me within 24 hours of me placing the order. I called Ogie (she answered the phone, not a robot, not an automated message but Ogie herself!!) and I asked her if it was possible to send her a picture to use for the engraving as I was unable to get it uploaded and went with something else. Not only did she tell me to send it to her, she actually made the artwork and put it on my item and sent it to me to review. All this was done within 24 hours of me placing the order. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. And, when I thought it couldn't get any better, it was shipped that afternoon. The item had come in while she was making me the artwork.....and she was able to engrave it, and ship it by the end of the day. Ogie and her team take pride in their products, and in pleasing their customers. I then ordered an additional 2 items which are also on the way! If you want to deal with a great company, have a great experience, and want a great product, this is the place to call!! Thanks Ogie!!

For the life of me I could not find products that matched the colors of the theme in the room I was decorating and after driving to many stores in my state AND the next one over I searched for custom duvet's online. After looking at a couple of sites I decided to give You Customize It a try and am glad I did! After peeking around their site a bit, I had a couple of questions that were answered immediately and the gal got me going in the right direction using their program to create my design. It was super easy and fun and even saves your design for you to come ba k to at a later time. After choosing the colors and creating a design I ordered a custom duvet cover which came with 2 shams, 3 topside pillows & 2 bath mats. The quality of the products are exceptional! To sum it up, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant, their program was simple to use with a large variety of templates, prints, fonts, etc. to choose from, the prices were very reasonable and the finished product looks great!! On top of all that I didn't even have to leave the room I was working on. I asked my questions, made my design, placed my order and they came straight to my door looking exactly the way I made them. I will for sure be using them again for other rooms in the house and I will definitely be recommending them as well. I am very pleased with You Cuatomize It!

I was shocked by the high quality of this wine tote. The lettering and photos turned out great. Also ... after I placed my order, Perry from the artwork team contacted me to suggest a layout that would look even better with the seam in the middle of the bag. I honestly thought I had ordered from an automated site and was so impressed that he proactively reached out to me to ensure I got the best looking design. Due to a UPS issue, my order was delayed, and while they couldn't refund the entire shipping charges (this was on UPS, not them), they did refund me the difference between standard shipping and upgraded shipping. I would definitely order from them again.

Just FYI this website will not do every customization. I understand that companies have copyright policies but it would be nice to know that before having purchased this and then having to ask for a refund because they told me they wouldn't do my order! It's just inconvenient! I would give them no stars just for inconvenience and them taking so long to notify me about it!

The picks were not bright and vibrant like the picture I ordered them from! Colors looked washed out! You could barely see the name and it looked smeared! They were not cheap either! These were for my daughters wedding! So disappointed!
