It's a piece plastic with a sticker on it... (Junk)
We are sorry you feel that this product was "junk", and you are welcome to return it for a refund. However it is worth noting that these products are intended to be durable are not made using a sticker. They are made by heat pressing your design into a piece of metal which is then secured into the plastic base which allows it to clip into your trailer hitch.
