The material on this pillowcase was very thin even though it is soft. The graphic is nice but it was very washed out looking and the color is only on the front and the back of the pillow is white, very disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

Overall the pillow case looks great and just what I wanted. But the zebra screen print goes thru to the back side and leaves a yellowish cast. I did not expect that. I actually expected it to have zebra print on both sides but that isn't the end of the world. There are also some black smudges on the edges of the case and a couple near the monogram. Hope washing it helps. For the price, I did not expect flaws.

All our items are hand made, and a certain small amount of defects are "normal". That being said, if you would like to find out if the defects in your products are "normal", we encourage you to contact us via email with pictures so we can determine if you qualify to have your item remade at no cost.
The design is super cute and I love the ability to customize the picture. Unfortunately, the picture led me to believe the pillow would be inserted from the back. The pillow is actually inserted from the side. Also, I would have liked the fabric to be a heavier quality.
