When I started my search for embroidered iron on letters, I came across you customize it's site. After exploring the page, I thought I had found what I was looking for. Custom embroidered letters to iron on a hat and shirt for my son's golf team! It was a bit more pricey than I wanted to pay, but still a great deal compared to the other sites I had found. I placed the order, waited over a week for them to come in, to find out these were simple DTF transfers. The same thing I could have made for less than a dollar. Please be extra cautious when ordering (unlike me) so you don't order the wrong item and get your hopes up while costing a pretty penny.

Took forever to iron it on, then it cracked, some parts looked faded like it didn't completely transfer off the paper and it wasn't from lack of waiting I took my time. Looked pretty bad in the end.

I didn't like it at all, it was much more difficult to put it on and the quality doesn't seem the same to me, it doesn't look anything like the first one I bought, I wouldn't buy it again, thank you

Although our design review team does their best to catch orders like these and recommend design changes, it appears this one slipped through. Horrible product. Melted instantly to shirt. Reached out was put off no refund. Also ruined the shirt was trying to apply to. Do not buy from here.

No directions on applying. Parts of item melted while I was trying to get other areas to stick.

I followed the directions exactly. My jacket was 100% cotton. Half of the decal didn't adhere, and the tissue paper I was instructed to use melted/glued itself to the adhesive. The jacket is now in the garbage.
