We were very happy with our purchase. It was easy to customize the order, and we received the iron on transfer in a timely manner. It was packaged well in a stiff reinforced envelope that prevented bending. The design was exactly what we ordered and without errors. It was very easy to apply. My ONLY suggestion for improvement is to include application instructions with shipment, rather than going back to website for application instructions. Thank you!
