The product (4 espresso cups) arrived as ordered and a few days sooner than expected. The cups were well protected, nothing was chipped or broken. Moreover, the packing material was mostly paper, something that can be recycled, another bonus. I designed the cups so if there was a problem, I know who to blame. I liked that I could monogram the cups and add our touches. The design is personal, I'm not sure anyone else would want to use my monogram on their cups.
