Hello Cortney, we see that you have only had these car mats for a short time, so we are very interested in any sort of durability issues with them because these car mats are intended to last quite a while. Customer service will be reaching out to make this right.
Very Disappointed in the lettering of the name. The letters seem to blur or not distinguishable. Would not be able to read the first name if I didn't know it already. The letters should have been simple and easily distinguishable at a glance.
Too much out line around the letters that screws up the mat.
