I was so excited for my pups breed reveal party and went looking for a place to make a dog shirt for me. I found this company and I wish I hadn't. If you are a prospective customer RUN, Forest, RUN- hit that back button and go back to Google. Here is why, they claim to be a USA company but source from china the issue is sizing is notoriously bad and had I known it was all cheap Chinese products I wouldn't have bought. My dog is a medium size, I know because I buy clothes at pet stores for her, so when I ordered I purchased a large to be on the safe side - what I got back wouldn't fit most house cats. I laid the shirt on top of her others and couldn't believe it was less than half the size! I see a lot of others have complained about this issue and instead of the company going well geez let's see how Petsmart own line of clothing sources it's materials from so we are getting sizes customers can rely on. I reached out to customer support and while they claim money back guarantee what they don't tell you is they won't initiate a refund until they get the item back and you need to pay for shipping it back. WTF - that's ridiculous because I didn't screw up! If I had misspelled something I would understand but here I purchased a large expecting the standard large size short of I get pet and department stores. See picture below - that is their shirt which they claim is a large because apparently no dogs above 15 pounds exist in china, laid out on top of a large pet shirt I got at kohls so you can visual see what I mean. Subpar products, subpar customer support.

Not a sweater, but a cute little shirt for my Chihuahua...small fits her perfectly.. she's about 11lbs. Great customer service, and will keep in mind for any future orders. Thanks guys! We love our custom creation!

Waaayyyyy to small. Fits the size of a micro mini yorkie. Big disappointment! Waste of money. Sizing is waaaayyy off!

The logo is perfect, but the sizing is really off. I ordered a large and it wouldn't even go over my pups head. I gave it to a friend that has a maltese and it fit her perfect. Definitely not what a large should be.

Within 2 days the decal was peeling off, not worth it, but not affordable to return either, so do not buy this.

Just as the picture. My dog is usually a size XL hes 22lbs. Im glad I sized up and went with the 2XL. Fit perfect

I found an image I wanted to get for my little dog. After placing my order, I was contacted by an employee to review a revision that he suggested. He was right. I received the tee not longer after and I love it.

It turned out way better I thought it would. The graphic was amazing, especially since the picture I uploaded was a little blurry. It was also delivered a lot quicker than I imagined. Let's just say I ordered a human version of this shirt a day earlier, still waiting. Loved everything about this experience and company, would definitely use again!
