Hello Kristi, this product is intended to work this way as the part that peels off is the screen cleaner. It reattaches back to the credit card holder base (which is adhered to the phone case) using static cling. If it doesn't reattach effetively it could be because dirt got in between the layers. We recommend cleaning it with water and the static cling should work again. Our customer service team will be reaching out to make sure you are satisfied with your product.

I like the idea of this. Holds my cards well. However I used it for the first time tonight and the design is peeling off.

The flag design is beautiful and the black part has good adhesive but the pocket (flag) is already peeling away at the corners.

The part of this this product with the design (the flag in your case) is designed to peel off and be used as a screen cleaner. It should then be able to be stick back on without the need for any kind of adhesive. Sometimes this item can get dirt and dust between the layers and may need to be cleaned a little for it to hold securely.
