The salad hands are each 6 3/4" long. The handle is 3" wide, while the forked section is 4 inches wide. The handles are 1/2" thick at the top and the thickness tapers down along the fork tines. The end has the tines as well as a scooped shape to facilitate easier mixing when in use.

Made from sustainable bamboo, these are eco-friendly and hold up well over time. The bamboo makes them lighter than traditional cooking utensils made from wood or metal and they are stain and odor resistant.

We recommend hand washing to increase the longevity of your bamboo cooking utensils but if desired they can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack.
