The salad hands are each 6 3/4" long. The handle is 3" wide, while the forked section is 4 inches wide. The handles are 1/2" thick at the top and the thickness tapers down along the fork tines. The end has the tines as well as a scooped shape to facilitate easier mixing when in use.
