The 1st poster i received was damaged and blurry. So we did a refund and ordered another, and the 2nd one was much better.
What bothered me is I had to pay for shipping AGAIN after my product was damaged rhe first time around. I should not have had to, but I did, and nobody addressed this, just let me pay it again. So for that, im afraid I won't be using you anymore. I do appreciate working with me to get me another, but the process to do so is not customer friendly or convenient.
