I love this binder. I bought it to hold all of my 9x12 watercolor paintings. It's made well and it's very pretty.

I think one of choices are to be shipped overnight, is really misleading. I paid for it on a Thursday and did not receive it until Tuesday of the following week. I think when you are charging for an overnight shipment, that is what the customer expects. I do not call a 3 day business shipping overnight. I liked the product but the shipping is my complaint. Very misleading.

I am blown away with this company! I wasn't sure what I was getting into because I had not heard of them, but I was having a hard time finding a company that would print custom materials for our School of Spiritual Direction without a minimum order. Everything we've ordered so far has been exceptional quality at a great price, including custom folders, dividers, coffee mugs, and notebooks. I have also been extremely impressed with their customer service; they have been very communicative. YouCustomizeIt will be our exclusive supplier in the future.

I truly Love the Eyeglass Case & Cloth. The cloth is Amazing, and YouCustomizeIt needs to sell the cloth separately, maybe in quantities, because I would buy many. The Best cloth to clean my glasses!!! I rotate and put a small cleaner and cloth inside the Eyeglass Case instead of Eyeglasses. I Love the elephant pattern too.

My basic idea for 2-sided garden flag had all the info I thought was necessary. After talking with your representative, I was shortly sent their idea for final product after, of course, my decision. I bought the license plate frame for myself and am very pleased with it and appreciated the great variety of choices in design offered . It looks just like they said it would, and it arrived quickly, before expected. I wish I had chosen a different font, but that was my choice.

I LIKE A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE, WAS A LITTLE Skeptical about iron on I think it was my own skills at doing it .. it did take me more than 20 to 30 seconds to get it to transfer but it turned out great the colors where dead on.. I'm a dj and I was spending $30 to $45 dollars on t shirts with my logo on them... this was a way cheaper way to go for me, I also purchased a laptop skin and it was just as outstanding make no mistake about it you want be disappointed

I have many things and plan to buy more things very good service 😉

First, I need to say that I've NEVER used iron-on transfers, second, I'm 70, and third...from order to completion it was a very easy, rewarding & FUN project. The weight of the transfer image and supporting paper is substantial (thick) and following directions to iron for 20-30 seconds, transferring image and lettering (including dots at the bottom of an exclamation point) was flawless. Colors are exactly as shown on the website, bright and vivid. Clean lines...the image and letters popped on white tee shirts. When you send in your order (there are a LOT of customizing choices) know that customer care (I later worked with Tracie) will actually change the size and, in my case, lettering so it fit better on the front of a tee. Know too, that they won't call you to talk about the fit, but by an email that confirms the order that includes an image of the order they will send. I was a bit miffed at this, but I was constrained by time, and in the end, these individuals are the professionals with endless experience with tee-shirt transfers. So I reluctantly deferred to their opinion. This turned out to be the best decision...they know what they are doing. They dropped shipped my order to a different location from my home, with ease. It arrived within my 'deadline' with a couple days to spare. Packaging was perfect: transfer orders are in heavy cardboard envelope(s) marked with "Do Not Fold". I also bought a yard of customized wrapping paper, which was sent in heavy cardboard folded into a triangle tube. The couple I gave these tees to immediately got the fun and loved the gag...err...gift. LOL Would I work with You Customize It again? Absolutely. Besides great product and service, they had reasonable prices (compared to the competitor...begins with 'Z') and they made every effort toward customer satisfaction. A+ !

I got your msg from 6/6/22, regarding a purchase I made. You wanted to let me know, my package was on its way. Ive got to say, I absolutely love your company! I came across it, while looking for gift boxes. My first two attempts, were disastrous as Im not the least bit knowledgeable when it comes to computers. With the help of customer service, they got me thru the process and Ive not made 10 boxes and a few with matching gift wrap. I love being the one, who comes to an event with the best wrapping ever. And it pains me terribly, to have to tell people where I got the special boxes. I thank you for contacting me, it just proves my point even more that you have an awesome company. Dont order from here. My design was not aligned and I ordered red and it came in pink one of them had the edges cut off. It did not match the sample photo shown. Do not trust them.

Hi. I'm here to give you my honest opinion about this website. I LOVE THIS THING! You may think "Well what do you know?".....WELL! I had just gotten a new chrombook, but it looked so boring. I looked up chromebook covers and I saw a turtle one and clicked on it. I was supprised to get brought to this app, but I'm SO happy it did. I desighned a cute cover and it fit like a glove. It does take a while to come in, but hey, they're making a custum thing for you. I soon made $97 worth of other costum things! I personally recomend this app to EVERYONE. Even kids! Its very fun and the productsare amazing. I do wish the pillows and clothes where a little bit more soft, and also please add to your people, but besides that Its a 10/10 for me! <3

So, I had picked a font for the saying I had on this bag. Your wonderful Customer Service contacted me to let me know the font might not be the best choice for this and presented me with an alternative one. It was indeed, WAY better! I opted for that and it arrived in perfect shape and was ready for me to give to my Granddaughter! I was SO happy with this item! Thanks for everything! I will be shopping with you again!

Love my new car seat covers! I was able to custom design them with the help of Perry Ellis, who suggested a different design than what I had originally wanted, due to copyright. They look great in my car, and I can't wait to show them off. They were a real bear to install, a lot of pulling and tugging, but they fit fine!

The website was exceptionally easy to use and the final product was good quality and exactly as I designed it! Very happy.

I sent these to my daughter because she is having a party for her husband this summer who just graduated with a major in Engineering. She said they were delivered and look great. I love the lighter cases. I'm planning on giving one to my son, daughter in law and husband and myself this Christmas so have been looking through your designs and trying to determine what I like best for each person. I will definitely be ordering again from your site. Very original and creative, although prices are somewhat outrageous for me, but for a once in a while purchase, I can deal with the prices.

I just wish if you all see a discrepancy you would call to confirm I ordered back in September 2021 maybe even August and the picture was blurry money down the drain This time i had 2 different spellings and of course 1 was wrong so money down the drain..i understand that you probably have it written somewhere that you buy what you biy but i just wish you could contact the customer and confirm I personally will not be using you all anymore.. This was my first dealings with this company because I normally use a screen printing company. Since I was short on time I needed another alternative. I found them on the web and proceeded to fill out thet template for my logo. I was uncertain of a few things but as soon as I called I got someone on the phone and she was able to tweak my art and also have her graphic artist make suggestions, all at no charge. They were fast and efficient, it really arrived ahead of schedule! I even had to call one more time to make sure I understand how to do the iron on and once again someone answered the phone and helped me out. I truly recommend them for customer service, care and quality.

I ordered a customized baby onesie for a baby shower. When it didn't arrive on time, I contacted customer service. They tracked down the problem (was on FedEx, not them) and because the item was seemingly lost in transit, they pushed a rush order through immediately and sent it out expedited so I'd have it on time. I can not say enough good things about how customer service handled my order. It's the kind of service we all wish for and seldom receive. I ordered this for my niece's 1st birthday so we can start a diary of memories for her. It looked exactly like the picture on the site and it's absolutely beautiful. Her party was ballerina themed, and her mother's favorite color is purple, so her mom cried happy tears when she opened it. It was the perfect gift.

I've now used this site four times, each with amazing results. I've made the XL gift boxes for birthdays and now baby showers. My only issue is, the XL Box is anything but. I just pick a gift that will fit in it. I needed customer service, to help me as I'm not good with computers. The third and fourth boxes, I did myself. When they arrive, they're like works of art. I can not say enough, about how great this company is. I'll be on my fifth box in a few weeks!

The mirror arrived early and looks exactly as I had ordered it. It is a birthday gift for my granddaughter, so she hasn't seen it just yet, but I know she will love it!!!!

The product itself was great, sturdy acrylic, very little bend in the product which was exactly what we were looking for. The order was placed, Ogie reached out to see if we wanted to do a sample run to make sure it was exactly right - thank goodness we did! When the sample arrived, the color was slightly off to what we had expected (although it was an accurate representation of what we had selected - it was indeed user error!) Ogie was quick to make corrections and the finished product was delivered so quickly. A real customer service professional, can not recommend highly enough! We will definitely be using the service again! Ogie made the experience a breeze from start to finish. Thank you!

I purchased a lady bug kitchen towel for my sister in January of this year. The design was cute and the personalization was correct but the quality of the material is poor. I gave it to her as a birthday present as there wasn't enough time to find something else.

Fabric frayed when cutting, placement of photo and writing was off, did not like how it did not line up.

I initially ordered one of these as a business card holder for myself. I had added our company logo. YouCustomizeIt put a hold on my order. The reason being is they did not have permission from the owner of the company to use the logo. In a time where you can order anything and everything from China with no copyright claims it was a breath of fresh air to see a company care and value the protection of another's name and logo. We were able to get the logo put on after authorization from our owner and it came out better than expected! It arrived in a nice little package with a nice hand wrapped bag on the inside. 10/10 would recommend and will be getting more customized stuff from them in the future.

I previously ordered one monogrammed shower curtain. I loved it do much I ordered another one. Then I ordered the rug, towels, washcloths and the tissue box cover! Love them!

My kids love picking out which plate they want that day :) Its fun to be different and YouCustomizeIt is perfect for that!! These also have been folding up fairly well so are my go to. There are a few I created and a few I minimalized and simplified.

I can NOT say enough about my tag holder and my seat covers!! They both came in before the expected date. Honestly my seat covers did take the longest but they were soooooo worth the wait!!!
