I had this idea for a gift back in March as a gift for another occasion, but received horrible service from the company that I had dealt with at the time and ended up not receiving my purchase, and instead was credited for it. But it still left me with no special gift for my husband at the time. I was a bit reluctant to try a different company because of my prior negative experience, but I had decided to try You Customize It for the same gift idea for our wedding anniversary and the overall experience and service was excellent!!! Came quickly. Easy to navigate website and design products. There are 2 bandanas in one with the ability to design on both sides. This is great for my therapy dog for special events! I am extremely impressed and have already ordered another! It was also super reasonable!!!!

I was used to companies offering personalized products only if you order a minimum of 25 or 50 units. Being able to order whatever you want, one at a time, is brilliant! Excellent quality

I put a clan crest onto an iron on patch, it was meant to go on some fabric for display, just showing my clans history. They noticed that the white background of the image kind of obscured the background colors of yellow and black that i set for the patch, and they altered the image slightly to remove alot of the white background, which i appreciate heavily. The Williams clan would like to thank this company for it's customer service and it's reliability. The other patch came out nicely as well.

The design your own logo, by uploading was a super simple process on the website, and in my opinion, customer service is amazing! Within 15 min of ordering, I received a phone call to caution me some of my logo may not display crisp and clear due to the extremely small font, and they wanted to verify I was aware and ask if I still wanted them to fulfill the order. I did, but was super impressed they even would call to let me know. They were shipped and arrived so fast as well. I am so impressed with both the company and the product. Thank you!!

I am truly enjoying and loving the shoe bag that I designed. This is my second shoe bag that I've ordered and I love it!! Plenty of room to fit shoes and a side pouch to put socks or anything. Excellent Job! I added the red elephant to the shoe bag!!

Ordered a zippered coin purse with a customized name printed on it. Easy to order, good price and it was shipped next day. Upon delivery I opened it and zipper broke so I called customer. service and they sent a new one right away, no questions asked, which was great. Replacement arrived on time and everything worked fine. This business has many interesting items on their website, prices are good and customer service was great. I'll definitely do business with them again.

I have a home theater in my basement and I decided to convert the second bathroom down there into a popcorn-themed room. I had a Jaws soap dispenser in there but when I found your site and saw that I could get a personalized one WITH the name I quickly bought one. And I love it. It looks great on the sink and in the room itself. Very glad I found the site and very, very happy with the product and how quickly I received it.

I ordered a doormat and outdoor pillow. I chose a pre-made design template, and then tweeked the colors slightly to match my wreath. The design prints are sharp and clear. Manufacturing and shipping is a very fast turnaround as well.

Very easy to find design that I wanted. Also, like that they gave other options that you could use the personalized design on. Know my 10 year old great nephew is going to love the personalized baseball wrapping paper and personalized baseball wastebasket. Great company to work with.

Cannot say enough positive things about the custom paper placemats and photo poster. You guys made the party so much fun. Everything just added a special spark to the party! Thank you so very much. I was SO impressed with the service of this company, particularly Tracie Ward! She answered my many detailed questions and even helped with making sure my custom design was perfect for my needs. Sometimes customizing things can be intimidating if you cant navigate the site, but this site is fairly easy and Tracie uploaded my art to ensure it was even easier. I was also impressed due to this not being a large ticket order, but the service was still there--important! I am excited for this order but I will tell you the quality is good from using their service in the past. I will continue to use this company for business and personal projects due to their dedicated staff and professional work! Tracie deserves a raise! :)

My exposure to your company began with a phone call with Perry Ellis. He took me from concept, to design, to finished product(s) with unexpected professionalism and a remarkable "can do" attitude. I never got the sense that my requests were too much to handle and in a short time frame I received exactly what I wanted. We will be presenting the patches to the outstanding shooters on our High School Rifle team in early March and I am confident they will be well received. We wanted a small batch of silver mugs to celebrate our company's 25th anniversary. YouCustomizeIt worked out as the best price for a small run. We created the graphics (we do web development so proficient with graphics software) and it was easy to upload them to the website. The mugs arrived around 10 days later in line with estimates made at the time of ordering. They were well wrapped in bubble wrap and survived the shipping with no problems. The end product is perfect - exactly as on the mockups we were shown before payment - the print quality is excellent and the mugs have a sparkling silver finish. Would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with two people in the process of designing and deciding just what I wanted to help me advertise my business. Please forgive me, Tracie is the only name I can remember but she isn't alone. Both people I worked with were extremely courteous and helpful. Not only were the people great the end products turned out just perfect for what I want to do. This magnet turned out even better than I anticipated. I got a custom guitar with a crackle factory finish. The factory did not do the headstock and left it natural. I wanted the headstock to match the body. I uploaded an image in the design section that was close to the factory finish. It's not a perfect match, but close enough and being on the headstock away from the body, no one would know. I ordered a 12" vinyl decal from YouCustomizeIt which came in a couple of days. I wanted extra in case I messed up - which I did. The decal was easy to apply and cut. Now the guitar is complete and I think this was my 3rd decal from YouCustomizeIt - the previous two for guitars, of course!

It was easy to create what we wanted with tons of choices for graphics, color, font etc.

Very impressed with this company! I ordered a baking dish for my wife. It was delivered in a timely manner. When I gave it to my wife she noticed a flaw in the personalization. I contacted YouCustomizeIt. They ummediately offered to replace the item. The replacement dish came in very quickly. I was really impressed at their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Olga and team did an amazing job. We needed steins for our 80th Anniversary fire department banquet and prior to contacting the company, two people bailed on us who were suppose to do them. I went onto Etsy and checked out a bunch of vendors buy it was the reviews from You Customize It that caught my attention. With only a month to work with, Olga was quick to respond and could do the job. Communication was outstanding and everything was great. We had so many compliments and couldn't be happier.
