Very happy with the cup and impressed that it was delivered so soon

I ordered this product because it allowed more flexibility in customization than similar options. The product that arrived exceeded my expectations on quality and design. It arrived faster than anticipated, even with the pandemic notice of possible delays. I may not have been a large corporate order, but this product and company helped me bring joy to my 4 year old on her birthday during this difficult time, and Im so grateful. Thank you for the wonderful product!

My daughter customized a flag put at our campsite. The You Customize It people reviewed her design and let us know a slight change that would make the wording more visible. They put the order on hold until I was able to let them know if I approved the change or wanted to stick with the original design. They were right, the small change made a big difference! The flag is nice quality and the design is maximized by filling their suggestion!

The personalization looks amazing & exactly as shown in the online preview. Shipped quickly and was well packaged. Will definitely order again from this site for future projects!

I searched everywhere for a caste iron trivet..( very difficult to find), I had given my sister, a personalized one 30 years ago, and the tile finally broke..she was devastated..I never realized how much that trivet meant to her, so 30 years later, she turned 60, so personalized it for her, I chose The Monet water lilies picture, as it is my favorite Artist and painting..She was overwhelmed, and cried, loved it,, it was her favorite birthday gift!!

Do not order large decals. I ordered and received an 18 decal that was shipped tightly rolled up. This put creases in the decal and anyone who works with decals knows they need to be flat for proper transfer. After talking with customer service they said they would talk to their shipping department about proper packaging and would send me a new one. After waiting for 2-3 weeks, i finally received my new decal but it was in an even smaller package with even harder creases in it. This was like a slap in the face to me because now i have 2 decals that I dont want to use. Furthermore The decal i originally ordered couldnt be delivered because the font needed a boarder. I had to use a white boarder because they cannot do clear boarders. So what i have now isnt even what I originally wanted. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that they didnt even try to correct the issue that I brought up to them about how the item was packaged and delivered.

I wanted to change my picture after ordering and you team was understanding and changed it before production. I was disappointed in the darkness of the actual product. You can't hardly see the letters.

I created a flag with an image that I photographed and sent as a gift. The recipient sent me a photo of the finished project, and it was clear as a bell. Customer service was excellent as I checked on order updates, as well. This was my first time using this company's services, and I am very impressed.

I have not received my order yet. I have sent several inquiries but get no response. All I want to know is what date I can expect my delivery? My grandson's birthday is very very soon and I need the wrapping paper. The only thing I know was A shipping date of May 8th. It is now May 12 and I have no clue where my order is. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.

I ordered a small espresso cup for my girlfriend for Christmas. It was fun to design it myself and I found a font that took Cyrillic. A small mistake was made, and it was rectified quickly and professionally. The cup itself is very nice-- the colors and design are excellent and it was a great gift. I can recommend youcustomizeit and will use them again.
