Our purchasing experience was terrific! We had a bulk order placed and the Operations Manager Ogie reached out and offered to send us a sample size prior to mass production. We received the sample promptly and they looked and felt amazing. We requested a change in product to the cocktail napkins that were embroidered and Ogie assisted us with the product change and those looked even better. I am very happy with the cocktail napkins. The ordering process was very easy. They also sent me a picture of the changes they made to get my approval before they made them. They were able to take out all of the background and it made the napkins perfect. I also received my napkins days before expected. Very fast and efficient.
