I ordered 2 decks of playing cards for Christmas gifts. One of them came back with the envelope torn open and the cards removed. I contacted the company, knowing that it was probably a postal issue on this end but I was really desperate to get it back before CHristmas. So I sent them a "Help!" email and heard from them almost immediately. Not only did I get an email in return, two actually, but also a phone call. Meanwhile I ordered another set of cards with a different picture in case I did not get any help from them. I just got my replacement cards, which no charge to me even for postage. I will continue to order from this company for my personalized items because of their great quality and wonderful customer service. You guys rock!

The cards are nice. The Price is around $14, which for playing cards seems high. But they are printing your own design onto 54 items so I get it. Wish The cards came in a traditional playing card box. Maybe with the design on one side? wink wink hint hint. Overall very nice end product. Fast production and shipping time. I've already ordered more.
