The notebook looked exactly like I wanted it and customer service was even able to expedite the delivery when I called and talked to them. Great product!

The style and quality of this product met my expectations. It was shipped out almost immediately, although I had a misunderstanding as far as where it was. My understanding it was being delivered by UPS however, United Postal Service delivered it a few days later, but I did get it in time. Highly recommend this company and the quality of their workmanship

I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I'm making an exception here. I've never experienced such good customer service as I have with Ogie McDonald at YouCustomizeIt. I placed an order and the next day I received an email from Ogie telling me the order would not be shipped for 2 - 3 days as the item to be engraved was in transit. I had assumed that because it was custom engraved that it would have been a few weeks before it was made, never expected it a day or two after I ordered it. And I certainly didn't expect an email updating me within 24 hours of me placing the order. I called Ogie (she answered the phone, not a robot, not an automated message but Ogie herself!!) and I asked her if it was possible to send her a picture to use for the engraving as I was unable to get it uploaded and went with something else. Not only did she tell me to send it to her, she actually made the artwork and put it on my item and sent it to me to review. All this was done within 24 hours of me placing the order. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. And, when I thought it couldn't get any better, it was shipped that afternoon. The item had come in while she was making me the artwork.....and she was able to engrave it, and ship it by the end of the day. Ogie and her team take pride in their products, and in pleasing their customers. I then ordered an additional 2 items which are also on the way! If you want to deal with a great company, have a great experience, and want a great product, this is the place to call!! Thanks Ogie!!

I don't think I've ever written a review in my life but I was so impressed by the quality of the journal I ordered that I felt compelled to share it. I bought this for my boyfriend and at first I was a little worried the design I put on there wouldn't come out right since it has a lot of fine lines & details but it came out PERFECT & I am blown away by the craftsmanship. This came out way better than I expected & I will absolutely be buying from this company again. For how good the prices are, the quality of their products, & how fast the shipping was, I feel like everyone needs to know about this site! Thanks so much for your awesome work, I think my boyfriend is going to love this gift.
