I have purchased many things from this company in the past and the print quality has been outstanding. When I received this item, the printing was terrible. I sent a photo to customer service and was told that the image I uploaded to be printed was something that their software couldn't handle. The design color was too close to the background color, causing it to print all washed out and blurry. There was no quality alert when I uploaded the image, nor did anyone tell me it would be an issue before creating my product. I tried to slightly recolor the image for a reprint and was told that it still wouldn't be something that would turn out well. When I asked for I refund, I was told that I needed to pay return shipping despite their manufacturing shortcoming and not telling me that it would be the case before sending me a terrible product. Very disappointing.

After placing my order for a customized 4 gang switch plate, I realized that I needed a 3 gang instead. I called the customer service number and left a message. A few minutes later, I received a phone call!! She offered a refund if I wanted to send it back. She told me that my order had already shipped and offered to give me a discount on my correct order. I placed the corrected order and didn't use the discount (I Forgot!). I have since repurposed the 4 gang one as you can see in the picture. Wonderful attention to personal needs and the company is very responsive. Quick shipping too!! Love my switch plates!!
