I got a set of custom luggage for my mom for Mothers Day. It was great! I was a little worried at the begging. After purchasing the luggage I got an email the next day saying their printer was down and they werent sure when it would be back up. But they kept in contact with me for the few days the printer was down and let me know when it was back up and running and when the luggage shipped. It arrived earlier than expected and it was perfect! My mom was very happy and said her gift was beyond her expectations! Ill definitely use this company again for custom products.
