Submitted my own design for this large, black coffee mug and it came out sharp! the design software is not quite as intuitive as I would like and I couldn't figure out if I had the option of making the mug two- sided (e.g., graphic on one side and text or another graphic on the other). But overall, very please with what i recieved.
