Available in black or pink powdercoat, we then laser engrave on the front and back (optional) with your design. Additionally you also have the option of engraving the lid to the included black tin case if so desired.

These Star lighters are built with a windproof design to allow use in most any situation. The compact size - 2.25in tall, 1.5in wide and 0.5in deep - makes for a great size to put in your pocket or packs well in a backpack or other item if you take it camping or outdoors with you. The lid is easy to open with one hand and is perfect for putting out the flame when needed.

The fully refillable and serviceable lighter makes for a lighter that will last a lifetime. The flint is replaceable as well as a serviceable wick and refillable design to allow it to be used for generations. The striker wheel has a great ridged texture to allow easy use to light the lighter.

Instructions are included for filling your lighter with lighter fluid as well as all other maintenance items.

Usage Instructions:

• Filling Lighter:
  • Hold case in one hand and remove insert by pulling top of lighter cage (please be sure this is not hot prior to grabbing it)
  • Lift the felt pad and fill with lighter fluid being careful not to overfill
  • Return the insert into case, ensure any spilled fluid is cleaned off of lighter
• Flint Replacement:
  • Hold case in one hand and remove insert by pulling top of lighter cage (please be sure this is not hot prior to grabbing it)
  • Remove screw and attached spring at the base of the fuel chamber
  • Remove old flint from the tube and replace with new flint, reinstall spring and screw
  • Reinstall insert into case, spin wheel to ensure proper operation. If wheel binds after new flint is installed, turn backwards a few rounds to allow it to seat properly
• Wick Maintenance:
  • When wick blackens, pull it up with tweezers until clean wick appears
  • Trim the end of the wick to the height of the chimney
  • Complete this maintenance at least once every 6 months
