Unusual these days but when I requested a specific design I had mockup to view VERY quickly. Received the products & they were exactly as presented. Fabric quality is top notch AND items were QUICKLY received.

I ordered 10 round Labels for my wide mouth mason lids on my jelly jars. Although, UPS/USPS lost the first order, Ogie with Customer Support sent a second set of labels to me and I just live them. My custom design looks amazing on my jelly jars. Excellent quality, excellent customer service! I will order more types of round labels in the future, when I start canning this Fall.

I can't wait to apply my transfers. The design team went above and beyond to helped me get exactly what I was looking for. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. I highly recommend and will be placing more orders in the future.

Navigation was so easy. All kinds of designs were available, but I had one in particular in mind. Yes, designing was so simple. I use the magnet for my POV to identify as a firefighter. ... bummer thing, was I should have ordered 3 instead of 2! You know what would be cool...if you sent me one for free. Thanks!

I appreciated that they asked to send only one mouse pad first to ensure I liked it before I had to commit to the entire purchase. It was a good thing too because the first picture I submitted came out blurry. I corrected the resolution and am very pleased with the final product! Not to mention how quickly they completed my order.

I am so pleased with this! I have been using "big name" companies to make my products, and they have been taking three times the amount of time to receive. The quality is excellent, and I really liked that they checked to make sure everything was to my liking after it was delivered. I'll 100% be using them first in the future. I've had several compliments and already told a few friends to switch to this company for their custom projects.

I would have felt better about this if I paid someone local to do what I paid for. Items not worth the $17 and the fact that they charged me for shipping. The items could've been places in a regular mailing envelope given their size.

When my father-in-law asked me for a waste basket with German Shepherds on it, I thought it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. But when I found YouCusomizeIt and was able to put my own German Shepherd's picture on it, I couldn't believe it! And the low price was an additional pleasant surprise! Loved the item and quality is outstanding. However, the next time I order t- shirt iron transfers I will order a smaller version so it looks proportioned on the shirt.

I found all the products I wanted, I was able to use the design tool pretty intuitively and will absolutely return here as soon as I can decide what to customize next. The custom photo suitcase came out absolutely perfect. The suitcase itself is fantastic quality, and the printing job came out exactly how it was shown in the mock-ups. I also called customer service to help, and they assisted me live and I made all the edits right from my phone. Highly recommend for a great gift!

This company has good old fashioned values and I highly recommend them. I made a mistake on a gift order and I emailed asking for a rush on a corrected re-order. I believe I spoke to the owner on the phone and she genuinely wanted to help me get the order straight. She graciously refunded my mistake and put the money toward the correction - and I still got it in time for Christmas. The products were exactly as I hoped they would be and I will definitely order from them again.

Product selection - easy navigating the site and found exact what I wanted, unlike other companies- CUSTOMIZEIT is the best, don't waste time with other companies. Design selection - I found exact what I needed. Using the design tool - I had fun designing / customizing / personalizing my product. On design library - CUSTOMIZEIT has many patterns, graphics, and personalization options The quality was outstanding. The image was sharp, brilliant and enhanced for optimal result. Don't waste time shopping around. I will only order from CUSTOMIZEIT for all my personalized needs.

Exactly as ordered, easy to apply. Was not sure what paper they recommend placing over transfer to set. Not clear in the instructions, used the parchment. Do not use piece the transfer comes on. It will peel the transfer.

This company was the best for me in terms of Customer Service. Unfortunately, I ordered a deck of cards from them and when I received them the envelope had been ripped open and someone had made off with my playing cards. I contacted the company not thinking they could help because it was really not their fault but they took the problem very seriously. I received 2 emails and a phone call and the end result was that I received a brand new set of cards in time for CHristmas. I like to order personalized things and I will be using them for all my purchases.

This license plate was bright and vibrant in color and clear with no blurring. Probably the best quality I have ever come across. Highly recommend them and will order again!

My daughter wanted a personalized bowl for eating her noodles. I am an avid user of Shutterfly, Vista Print, and Zazzle, but they didn't have the right shaped bowl for what I was looking for. I found YouCustomizeIt online and they had what I was looking for. I had made the image I wanted but could not line up the edges and gave up. I assumed that you get what you upload, so I told my daughter that I tried my best, but it won't look perfect. Not too long after, I received a call and email from YouCustomizeIt informing me that they noticed the image edges didn't line up and fixed it for me!! They sent me an email with the fixed image for approval before making it. I was so grateful! Something so simple, but for a 7 year old little girl, it meant the world! Thank you! You just made a customer for life!
