I ordered 6 custom flags, all the same, and received an email telling me that they shipped on 9/18/18. I was given a tracking number that showed they arrived at the post office. Now, on 9/28/19 all the tracking number shows is that since 9/22/19 the flags have been in transit to next facility. On 9/26/19, I called YouCustomizeIt and was told the Post Office in Houston had damage from a tropical storm on 9/19/19. First I was told the post office flooded, then I was told it had roof damage.The customer service person I talked to at YouCustomizeIt was going to call the post office and then let me know the status. Here it is 2 days later and I still have not heard back. I had misgivings about ordering the flags when I could not use the offer for signing up. The website never told me why. Did the order ever get processed? Were the flags ever shipped? Why can't I get answers????? I guess in all fairness, I really can't review the flags since I never got them!
I am incredible sorry about the issue with delivering your order and the lapse in communication with you. Tropical storm Imelda caused issued all over the city but that is no excuse for the lapse in communication. We have reshipped your order to you.
