Wassily Kandinsky was a Russian painter and art theorist. He is credited with painting one of the first recognized purely abstract works Born in Moscow, Kandinsky spent his childhood in Odessa, where he graduated at Grekov Odessa Art school. He enrolled at the University of Moscow, studying law and economics. Composition 8 is my favorite Kandinsky; His goal was to paint what music sounds like.

As the name implies, it is the eighth in a series of paintings, begun in 1911, in which the artist expresses what he is trying to achieve. Kandinsky wanted to explore the medium of painting rather than be concerned with subject matter. (source: Totally History)

Thick, heavy duty stitching connects the two sides. A small, oval cutout appears on the front, and can be used to hang and store the mitt. Your personalization appears on the front, and the upper part of the back of the mitt. The style of these oven mitts are suitable for both the right and left hand, depending on your needs. If you need one for each hand, be sure to order two!

When cleaning your new oven glove, we advise that you wash them by hand using a gentle detergent. Hang these gloves to dry afterwards.
