How do I track my package?

There are a couple of ways for you to track you package with YouCustomizeIt.

1.  Email

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification via email. 

Most of our shipments can be tracked with the tracking number / link provided to you in your shipping status email.

Sometimes, there is a delay (can be upto 48 hours) for the tracking link to become active or for the package to show movement.  This depends on the carrier.  USPS does not always scan upon pickup. 

Don't worry - if there is a tracking number that means you package will be on it's way soon!

2. Your Account on YouCustomizeIt

The status of your order can be found on our website 24 hours a day as long as you have created an account with us!

Please click here to Track Your Order.

Your order history will appear and you can check the status by simply clicking on the order number.

Links will be provided to track the shipments once it has left our warehouses
